The position is based in Mumbai and directly reporting to Director.The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new franchise opportunities, managing relationships with potential franchisees, and leading sales efforts to expand the franchise network. The role also involves creating and implementing business plans and strategies, generating leads, and providing training and support to new franchisees to ensure their success.Qualifications- Work Experience with Only F&B background. - Worked as Franchisee Development Manager in any renowned FOOD QSR chain in india - RGM, Area Manager and Above can apply. - Candidate prefered with IHM degree - Strong expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising. - Proficiency in developing Business Planning strategies and effective implementation. - Experience in Lead Generation and identifying growth opportunities - Proven communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. - Capability to work autonomously and within a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
