Job Title: FP&A cum Business FinanceLocation: Andheri East, MumbaiExperience: 2–3 yearsQualification: CA (Qualified) or MBA – FinanceRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Professional to support ourFP&A, Business Finance, and Investor Relations functions. The role will be responsible fordriving financial planning, performance analysis, business partnering, managementreporting, stakeholder communications, and supporting investor relations activities. Theideal candidate should have strong financial modelling skills, business acumen, and theability to synthesize data into actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)- Prepare and support annual budgeting plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planningexercises (business modelling).- Prepare detailed variance analyses against budget, forecast, and prior periods.- Build and maintain financial models for revenue, cost, cash flow, and scenario planning.- Track KPIs and business metrics while highlighting risks and opportunities.- Assist in monthly MIS, dashboards, and performance presentations for leadership.Business Finance / Business Partnering- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain,Product).- Conduct profitability analysis at product, category, business unit, and customer level.- Support pricing, cost optimization, and productivity improvement initiatives.- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic projects.- Lead or support financial governance, controls, and process improvements.Skills & Competencies- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; experience with Power BI orsimilar tools preferred.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.- Strong business understanding and problem-solving mindset.- Detail-oriented with high ownership and integrity.Qualifications- CA (Qualified) with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in similar role OR- MBA – Finance with 2–3 years of relevant experience in similar role or investmentbanking.Experience in FP&A, business finance, corporate finance, or financial analytics roles will bepreferred.Why Join Us- Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership.- Exposure to strategic decision-making, performance management, and fundraising.- Fast-paced learning and growth in a dynamic business environment.
