Finance Manager- Inventory

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our stock management operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all inflow/outflow movements, ensure data accuracy across Uniware & Zoho, and play a key role in forecasting and cash-flow planning. The role also involves building and developing a strong inventory team.Key Responsibilities- Oversee all stock inflows (CMO purchases, warehouse transfers, Amazon transfers) and outflows (sales & returns). - Track expected inflows from CMOs based on orders raised by the Data/Planning team. - Share weekly stock inflow forecasts with Finance for future cash-outflow planning. - Ensure correct mapping of POs, GRNs, item codes & batch details in Uniware. - Review Uniware vs Zoho inventory reconciliation and resolve mismatches. - Coordinate with the AP team for GRN-based invoice bookings. - Review product costing, landed cost accuracy, and valuation reports. - Oversee stock adjustments, write-offs, and ensure proper approvals as per SOPs. - Maintain strong controls and ensure adherence to all inventory-related SOPs.Key Skills- Strong expertise in inventory management - Hands-on experience with Uniware & Zoho - Analytical mindset with strong coordination skills - Ability to lead and build a teamExperience: 6–8 years (minimum 3–4 years post qualification)Qualification: CA
