The role requires full-cycle ownership of private market transactions — from deal sourcing and evaluation to execution, portfolio monitoring, and value creation.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing investment platform and work closely with senior leadership, investment committees, and industry stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesDeal Evaluation & ExecutionSource, screen, and evaluate private investment opportunities aligned with the fund strategy.Build detailed valuation and financial models (DCF, Comps, Precedent Transactions).Drive and coordinate business, financial, and legal due diligence with internal and external partners.Prepare comprehensive investment memos, insights, and recommendations for IC discussions.Portfolio & Value CreationMonitor portfolio company performance through key metrics, financial reviews, and market updates.Support value creation initiatives, operational improvements, and exit planning.Research & Market IntelligenceConduct sectoral, competitive, and thematic research to identify emerging opportunities.Track industry movements, regulatory updates, and market trends to support investment strategy.Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementLiaise with founders, promoters, bankers, consultants, and advisors for smooth deal execution.Assist in preparing investor updates, including quarterly and annual reports with performance and valuation insights.Preferred Candidate ProfileEducation: MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA (Level II/III preferred).Experience: 3–8 years in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance.Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical assessment.Strong exposure to deal execution and portfolio monitoring.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.High levels of integrity, strategic thinking, and collaborative mindset.
