Senior Finance Associate

Fairfest Media Limited, the organizer of OTM, TTF, Municipalika and BLTM is an established leader in B2B media and events in India, with clients from over 60 countries.We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Finance Associate to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for young or newly-minted Chartered Accountants who are ready to kickstart their careers in finance within an exciting and fast-growing industry.Fairfest is currently actively exploring a public listing and the role would present candidates an enriching experience in an IPO-bound company, with a global clientele and international operations.Key Responsibilities:Support the top management across strategic finance, business analysis, and special projects with a high-ownership, problem-solving mindset.Build financial models, budgets and forecasts, and extract insights to guide growth, pricing, and operational decisions.Support evaluation and integration of M&A opportunities, partnerships and incoming investments through financial modelling, due diligence and strategic analysis.Assist in financial planning, reporting and compliance for Fairfest’s international operations, ensuring smooth cross-border coordination.Assist in IPO readiness—financial statements, disclosures, due diligence, regulatory research, and documentation.Drive automation and digital transformation across finance and business processes to improve efficiency and scalability.Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and reporting standards in line with an IPO-bound company.Manage core finance operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, cash flow tracking and month-end processes.Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring projects move forward smoothly and decisions are backed by data.Be a versatile “do-whatever-it-takes” contributor, willing to work across finance, business operations, research, and execution.Qualifications:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong fundamentals in accounting, financial analysis and compliance.Highly analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working with large datasets and financial models.Strong interest in strategy, business operations, digital transformation and automation — not limited to pure accounting.Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and solve ambiguous problems.Hustle-driven attitude: willing to go beyond the job description, learn rapidly, and contribute across the finance and business spectrum
