Trust us for reliable and efficient B2B services.Job Overview:You will be responsible for ensuring enhancement, development and support on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.Key Responsibilities:- Provide understanding and technical expertise in Business Central to business users. - Understand business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions in the Business Central environment. - Participate in project management and execution with internal teams / external partners as required. - Assist in documentation, training, and support to end-users. - Manage developmental roadmap and maintenance of add-ons/customizations. - Stay abreast of new features and functionalities that may benefit the business. - Assist with testing and quality assurance of version releases/updates. - Manage and prioritize the resolution of issues received from business users. - Develop/code whenever requiredRequirements:- Min 2 years of experience in Navision / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. - Understanding of business processes across purchase, sales, warehousing, and finance. - Experience with JSON, and AL/CAL programming languages. - Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Company website: - Worli, Mumbai(Candidates residing in Mumbai or willing to travel 5 days a week to Worli, Mumbai can apply)
