We are looking for a strategy associate with 2-4 years of experience. Below is a detailed job description for the same.Job description:- Summarizing the various reports published by the company. Responsible for ideating, writing, and executing India Strategy research publications- Initiating and Writing reports on current market/economy / political themes. Back-testing ideas, screens to generate alpha opportunities.- To coordinate with the research team for cross-sector thematic reports, analyze the information, and draft a strategy / thematic report.- To conduct qualitative research on various sectors across countries; by using different search engines, subscribed databases, government records, stock exchanges, and other Public domain information, as per the requirement and scope of research.- Adhoc quantitative analysis as per client requirements. Creating frameworks to assess market valuation. Develop and maintain marketing and other presentation materials.Key Competencies required:Behavioral: Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills, Relationship Management with the teamTechnical: Excellent writing skills, Quick learner & Adaptable, eye for detailsAcademic background and experienceMBA from Tier-1 college (IIM, ISB, FMS, IMD) or CA (rank holder or first attempt)Overall 2-5 years of experience (preferably in institutional broking industry)
