In the future JLS intends to set new benchmarks in the industry for Planning, Design, Quality & Speed of Execution.Our focus markets are Mumbai, Goa, Indore, Nashik, Varanasi, Ayodhya, and Lucknow cities that blend India’s heritage with its emerging future.Role DescriptionThis full-time Management Intern role is an on-site position based in Mumbai.The intern will assist in coordinating with project stakeholders, conducting market research, interpreting data to support business decisions, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.Additional responsibilities include helping with project management tasks, preparing reports, and collaborating with various teams such as Partnership, Marketing, Strategy and operations to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution.Qualifications- A proactive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn - Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills - Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including conducting research and interpreting data - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in using productivity tools like Microsoft Office - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related fields - Familiarity with the real estate industry or environmental sustainability principles is a plus
