The role involves engaging with Institutions (Banks, Retirement Funds & Corporate Treasuries) to drive sales and provide financial solutions in the Fixed Income Market Segment.Travel Required: Yes – DomesticBase Location: MumbaiWhat We’re Looking ForEducation: MBA/MMS/PGDM in Finance or equivalent qualification.Skills & Attributes- Exceptional relationship management skills with a knack for building lasting client partnerships. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Self-driven with a strong go-getter attitude. - Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks independently. - Excellent analytical abilities coupled with strong written and oral communication skills.What You’ll DoAs a Fixed Income Sales professional, your primary responsibilities include:- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including banks, retirement funds, corporate treasuries, financial institutions, and charitable organizations - Sales Excellence: Drive the placement of NCDs (Bonds), Government Securities, and other fixed-income products, ensuring high client satisfaction - New Business Development: Explore and onboard new clients in untapped segments - Market Expertise: Stay updated on developments in the debt market and share insights with clients - Strategic Solutions: Pitch and execute innovative financial products, structures, and concepts to meet client needs - Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports and analysis related to the Fixed Income Market
