Hi,Goldmine Advertising is on a lookout for a Senior Client Servicing Executive.Position Summary:The required candidate will be utilised to execute the day-to-day operational works for various accounts as and when needed.Job Requirements:-Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.-Detail-Oriented: Ensure accuracy with strong grammar, vocabulary, and attention to detail.-Content Ideation: Research and create engaging content that reflects the brand’s identity and messaging.-Team Collaboration: Work with creative teams to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas.Qualifications:-Expertise in Client Servicing.-Adept at addressing and resolving client concerns efficiently.-Graduates or post-graduates in Marketing, preferably in Advertising or CommunicationsExperience:-3-4 years of experience in advertising agency.- Experience working on integrated campaigns across digital and social media- Experience in managing multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables.- Having a good understanding of industries such as BFSI, Energy, and Retail.
