Job Title: Executive – Data Analytics Department: Data Analytics Location: Mumbai- Andheri (East) Experience Required: 5 – 7 years Industry: PharmaceuticalJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and data-driven professional to join our pharmaceutical sales operations team as Executive – Sales Force Effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data extraction, transformation, and analysis, coupled with hands-on experience in developing actionable insights that drive business growth. The role requires technical expertise, analytical acumen, and the ability to communicate findings effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:1. Data Collection & Preparation: o Gather data from various internal and external sources, ensuring data quality through cleaning, validation, and preparation for analysis.2. Data Analysis & Insight Generation: o Conduct detailed statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and outliers in sales and market data.3. Reporting & Visualization: o Create and maintain interactive dashboards, charts, and visual reports using tools such as Power BI to support decision-making.4. Business Problem Solving: o Leverage data-driven insights to solve business problems, improve operational processes, and support strategic planning within the sales function.5. Stakeholder Collaboration: o Engage with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather analytical requirements, provide timely updates, and present data findings in an impactful manner.6. Communication & Storytelling: o Translate complex data sets into clear, concise insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders, including sales leadership.7. Technical Proficiency: o Demonstrate strong command of SQL, Power BI, and programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.Required Skills & Competencies:  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities  Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, Power BI  Proficiency in Python for statistical modelling  Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and reliability  Experience working with pharmaceutical sales or healthcare data is highly preferredQualifications:  Any Graduate  3-5 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
