Looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to play a key role as we continue to scale our C-Pass BusinessThe CSM will work closely with customers and other stakeholders to provide a stellar product experience and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. CSM will be owning a broad range of tasks, including user training, handling customer complaints and requests, maintaining ongoing customer relationships, contributing to C-Pass TrafficResponsibilities- Will be directly involved in enabling our partners and internal staff to provide customers with solutions for any issues & concerns.
