The Sr Manager and Jr Manager will be responsible for overseeing international business operations ( ROW Market ) , managing key accounts, developing growth strategies, and leading a team to achieve business objectives.Qualifications- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to evaluate international markets and develop business strategies. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Knowledge of export and import regulations, global trade policies, and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry. - Proficiency in market research, competition analysis, and identifying business opportunities. - Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work collaboratively in a multicultural environment. - Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly desirable. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field preferred. - Proficiency in business software tools and reporting systems. - Willingness to travel internationally as required. - Proven experience in international business management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and market trends - Ability to develop and execute business plans - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
