Associate - International Tax and Transfer Pricing

Company DescriptionWe are a Chartered Accountants firm specializing in international taxation and transfer pricing domain.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Associate - International Tax and Transfer Pricing. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in tax compliance and preparation, analyzing tax and financial data, applying tax laws, and supporting transfer pricing documentation and reports. They will work directly with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient handling of tax and transfer pricing matters.The primary responsibilities of this role include :•Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation reports.•Conduct thorough transfer pricing audits to ensure compliance.•Develop and deliver detailed tax opinions specifically with reference to international tax matters•Tax opinion for issue of Form 15CB•Provide expert analysis on FEMA regulations and compliance.•Undertake valuation in accordance with Income Tax, FEMA, and Company Law requirements and prepare reports thereof.Qualifications- Chartered Accountant 1-3 years of experience. Fresher may be considered - Strong understanding of Tax Law, regulations, and their applications - Knowledge of Finance principles and their relation to tax procedures - Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Office tools and tax reporting software - Experience in valuation, international tax and transfer pricing is an advantage
