We remain committed to pushing boundaries, driving progress, and shaping the future of the industry.JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a Business Manager to Executive Director who will serve as a key partner to leadership for the Raised Access Floors & U-Flex Data Center Solutions – Ceilings at Unitile. This is a high-impact role that involves shaping business strategies, strengthening global sales operations, and ensuring seamless organizational execution.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ DELIVERABLES:• Partner with the Executive Director/CXO on strategic planning, business reviews, budgeting, sales growth initiatives, and organization-wide priorities.• Drive business analytics: monitor sales performance, pipeline health, productivity, and key metrics; build dashboards and extract actionable insights from departmental reports.• Lead process mapping, digitalization, and system improvements; streamline workflows and implement tools for CRM, reporting, automation, and cross-functional efficiency.• Coordinate Sales, After-Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution of strategic initiatives.• Track market trends, competitive landscape, pricing shifts, and industry developments; share timely insights and recommend strategic responses.• Prepare high-level strategy decks, business performance presentations, GTM documents, and decision briefs for internal and leadership meetings.• Manage and drive CXO-level projects, ensuring follow-through, risk identification, and milestone delivery across teams. • Represent the Executive Director in select meetings, drive outcomes, and ensure consistent communication across the organization.• Support leadership with strategic notes, communication drafts, policy documents, and critical organizational updates.• Handle all information with utmost confidentiality, maintaining professional judgement, discretion, and executive presence.• Manage the Executive Director’s calendar and travel with internal and external stakeholdersREQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:Skills:• Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving• Results-Driven with Commercial Acumen• Expertise in sales operations, process optimization, and performance frameworks• Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making• Sales Team Leadership & Accountability• Organizational & Process Discipline• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment• Adaptability & Resilience• Integrity, Discretion & Professionalism• Effective Communication & Influence• Leadership & Team DevelopmentQualification and Experience• MBA or equivalent degree preferred from Premium B-Schools (Tier 1,Tier2) with minimum 3 years of experience• Any additional certification in Sales, Business Strategy, or Leadership is a plus• Candidates with experience in sales and/or business operations in building materials, interior products, construction, or related industries will be preferred• Proven ability to manage and hold sales teams accountable.• Proven track record in managing global or multi-region market.• Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and dealer networks• Prior exposure to cross-functional roles and strategic executionSalary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.IT’S MUCH MORE THAN WORK HERE AT UNITILE!
