People who are curious to try new ways of working; adventurous enough to push boundaries; and who have the tenacity to drive ideas forward.What will your mission be?To augment and manage the Warehousing activities, EXIM documentation & sales administrationTo manage EXIM & warehousing activitiesMust have knowledge of Export / Import documentation & Process flow.Should have knowledge of Freight booking of all the transportation modes (Sea, Air & land)Communication with CHA (clearing &Handling agent) for custom clearance of cargo & duty payments.Negotiate Warehousing, Insurance & Transportation rates/contracts.Inspection of Incoming trade materials, Inventory control & valuation.Operational experience of Tally® ERP System is essential and Microsoft Dynamics 365, Fusion is desirable.Database management for all warehouse related transactionsInclined to learn & continuously improve on International trade, EXIM, FTA, Customs laws & RulesSales administrationTo manage Purchase & Sales operations for sales various minor metals & ChemicalsIssuing Purchase Order & Sales Order in Tally / Navision (Office Dynamics 365)Issuing the Sales Shipping DocsCommunicating with Supplier, Customer & overseas officeCommunicating with shipping lines & CHAs, in case of problemsDatabase Management for all salesEnd to end management of TradeWhat do we need from you?Functional requirements meeting above Job descriptionsGraduate in any stream with relevant experience of 5-10 years.High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook, Tally ERP is must, Dynamic 365 is desirableGood communication skills in English, Hindi & MarathiOpen and communicative personality, inspiring confidenceEfficient, accurate and reliableResult-oriented and problem-solving attitudeWhat can you expect?• The opportunity to work closely with directors, sales, key suppliers and customers around the globe.• A role with responsibility and visibility.• Engagement with global colleagues.• Competitive package with scope for professional growth.
