Senior Relationship Manager

- Build and maintain strong relationships across the real estate developer community in Mumbai and the MMR region. - Manage large-scale real estate transactions valued at ₹100 Cr+ with end-to-end ownership. - Demonstrate strong expertise in micro-market analysis, including demand–supply dynamics, price movements, new launches, customer preferences and overall competitive landscape. - Coordinate closely with cross-functional stakeholders — Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Audit — for due diligence, documentation, and reporting requirements. - Analyse variances between the investment thesis and the actual performance of the asset/project, and highlight key insights to management in a timely manner for required course corrections. - Maintain strong post-investment relationships with developers to ensure smooth monitoring and efficient loan repayment. - Keep management updated on key market drivers, emerging trends, regulatory changes, and competitive intelligence.
