The responsibilities include leading strategic projects, driving program and project management, orchestrating cross-functional efforts, and aligning organizational initiatives with business goals. The Manager will analyze business opportunities, design strategic plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive large-scale innovations and ensure impactful outcomes.Key Responsibilities- Strategic Projects: Lead and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive growth and efficiency. - GTM Planning: Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or business lines. - Operational Excellence: Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve productivity and profitability. - Performance Improvement: Analyze key metrics (e.g., revenue per project, margin per project) and develop actionable plans to enhance outcomes. - Leadership Support: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for critical decisions. - Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects. - Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics to support strategic decisions and measure impact of initiatives.Desired Profile- Experience: 4–5 years of experience in technology domain, with at least 1 year post-MBA in a strategic or consulting role. - Education: MBA from ISB / IIM (A/B/C/L/I) / SP Jain. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. - Exposure to consulting or corporate strategy in technology domain is a plus.What We Offer- Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on high-impact projects. - A culture that values innovation, agility, and continuous learning. - Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
