We are proud to have trained and certified over 400,000 information security professionals globally that have influenced the cyber security mindset of countless organizations worldwide.Position SummaryThe Senior Manager – Partnerships will lead strategic collaborations with universities, higher education institutions, corporates, and organizations to expand academic alliances and learner enrolments in global degree, diploma, and certification programs. The role requires a strong understanding of U.S. higher education systems, curriculum structures, and program articulation processes to align institutional partnerships with academic and professional learning outcomes.ResponsibilitiesAcademic Partnership Development- Identify and formalize partnerships with universities and academic institutions, particularly those aligned with U.S. curriculum frameworks and credit systems. - Evaluate and align courses and programs through detailed mapping of curricula, credit equivalencies, and eligibility criteria. - Develop academic collaboration models, articulation agreements, and transfer pathways that ensure academic integrity and mutual benefit. - Engage with boards of studies, deans, and academic councils to present program structures and establish long-term partnerships.Strategic Engagement & Growth- Design partnership frameworks and MoUs with clear academic and operational deliverables. - Lead institutional engagements that facilitate student and employee enrolments in international programs. - Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to design outreach initiatives and institutional engagement plans. - Represent EC-Council at education fairs, summits, and professional development events.Stakeholder & Relationship Management- Maintain strong relationships with universities, accreditation bodies, and corporate learning teams. - Provide academic insights, partnership reports, and recommendations to leadership on collaboration outcomes. - Ensure compliance with accreditation and institutional standards across all partnerships.Requirements- 10–15 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in higher education partnerships, university collaborations, or academic program alignment. - Strong understanding of U.S. university curriculum frameworks, credit transfer systems, and eligibility mapping. - Proven ability to engage academic leadership and influence institutional collaboration decisions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. - Strategic mindset combining academic insight and operational execution. - Postgraduate qualification in Education, Management, or a related discipline preferred.Desired Attributes- Experience working with global universities or higher education networks. - Familiarity with online and hybrid learning ecosystems. - Ability to conceptualize and manage institutional projects end-to-end.Additional Information:EC-Council is an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.
