About the CompanyPMO / Project Controls Manager / Engineer Experience 8 - 20 years in Project Controls of Data Centre / Similar EPC Project / Working Knowledge of Primavera / MSPAbout the RoleMaintain a centralized view of all projects and programs, Prioritize projects based on strategic alignment, ROI, and resource availability.Responsibilities- Development of Organization and Work Breakdown Structure, Project controls plan and associated procedures - Preparation of Cost Control Procedures, Cash Flow forecast and Earned Value Analysis - Monitoring and Managing project risks, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks and opportunities - Track KPIs across projects (cost, schedule, scope, quality) and Accurate and timely project reporting to stakeholders, including progress updates, reports, and risk registers - Collaboration with project managers and engineers and Identify performance trends and recommend corrective measures - Liaise with PMC, EPCM, Contractors and other stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goalsQualificationsEducation details: Electrical/Civil/MechnicalRequired SkillsWorking Knowledge of Primavera / MSPPreferred SkillsExperience in Project Controls of Data Centre / Similar EPC ProjectPay range and compensation packagePay range or salary or compensationEqual Opportunity StatementInclude a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
