We're building a new category of video-first property discovery that blends experience, data, and commerce.As we expand rapidly, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who can lead from 0 to 1 — and then scale from 1 to 100. You'll own core product tracks, drive feature execution, and shape the future of real estate technology.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership: Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of major product initiatives — from problem discovery to execution and measurement.Customer Obsession: Talk to users, understand pain points, and deeply embed user insights into the roadmap.Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, content, and sales to ship high-impact features.Roadmapping & Prioritization: Own the product roadmap for buyer, seller, or influencer journeys. Define, prioritize, and refine product specs using data, feedback, and business objectives.Data-Driven Decisions: Set and monitor KPIs for all product releases. Use analytics to iterate and improve.Innovation & Ownership: Explore and lead new product opportunities — like smart content creation, intelligent lead routing, or deep linking optimization.Team Mentorship: Guide junior PMs or interns and help evolve Propkee’s product culture.Who You AreBachelor of Engineer with 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with consumer-facing apps, marketplace platforms, or media-tech products.Proven success shipping 0 to 1 features and scaling adoption.Strong analytical skills — you rely on both qualitative feedback and quantitative data.Clear communicator and systems thinker with strong execution bias.Prior experience working closely with engineering & design teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.Understanding of real estate, proptech, fintech, or creator economy is a plus.What You'll GetThe chance to lead a high-impact product in a fast-growing startupFull ownership of key product tracks with support from founders & leadershipA smart, driven team that's rethinking an outdated industryCompetitive compensation + potential for ESOPsA front-row seat in redefining how the next generation buys property
