The role ensures compliance with international trade regulations and smooth coordination between customers, carriers, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:1. Documentation & Compliance- Prepare and verify export documents such as Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading (BL), Airway Bills (AWB), Invoices, Packing Lists, SLI, COO, Certificate of Origin, etc. - Ensure documents comply with customs regulations, carrier requirements, INCO terms, and customer guidelines. - File shipping bills on portals like ICEGATE, DGFT, and CHA coordination.2. Shipment Coordination- Coordinate with CHA, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customers for smooth shipment execution. - Send draft and final BL/AWB to customers for approval and release.3. Customer Communication- Update customers on shipment status, documentation requirements, and any discrepancies. - Handle customer queries and resolve documentation-related issues promptly.4. Data Management- Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation files, and internal trackers. - Ensure timely submission of documents to customers and finance team.5. Compliance & Audit- Ensure all export documentation adheres to customs, DGFT, and international trade regulations. - Assist in documentation audits and internal compliance checks.Skills & Competencies- Strong knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, HS codes, and international freight operations. - Familiarity with ICEGATE, DGFT portal, and shipping line documentation portals. - Excellent communication & coordination skills. - Attention to detail with strong organizational ability. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Import Customer Support ExecutiveIndustry: Freight Forwarding / LogisticsJob Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage and coordinate import shipments whileensuring a seamless experience for customers. The role involves close coordination with overseas agents, shipping lines,transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day import shipments (Air & Sea) from booking to final delivery. Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters for smooth cargo movement. Prepare and verify import documentation such as Bill of Lading, Arrival Notice, Delivery Order, and Customsdocumentation. Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment status, delays, or exceptions. Maintain and update shipment details in the system and ensure accuracy in data entry. Follow up with CHA/customs brokers for clearance updates. Ensure timely invoicing and assist with payment follow-ups when required. Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues efficiently and professionally. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, accounts, sales) for service delivery. Track shipments and share regular status reports with customers. Maintain excellent customer relationships and strive for service excellence.Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of import processes, documentation, and customs procedures. Prior experience in freight forwarding / logistics industry (especially import operations). Good communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and TMS/ERP systems. Customer service orientation with a problem-solving approach. Attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight timelines.Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in logistics, commerce, or international trade). 2–5 years of experience in import customer service or operations within freight forwarding. Knowledge of INCOTERMS, HS codes, and international shipping practices is an advantage.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): On-time shipment delivery and documentation accuracy. Customer satisfaction score / complaint resolution rate. Timely communication and response rate. Reduction in shipment errors or delaysImport Documentation ExecutiveKey Responsibilities: Prepare and verify all import documentation including HBL/MBL, invoices, packing lists,arrival notices, DO release, etc. Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, CHA, and overseas agents fortimely movement of cargo. Ensure accurate BL instructions, manifest corrections and filing as per requirements. Manage D/O collection, billing, and follow-up for payments. Track shipment status and update internal teams and clients. Maintain files and records as per company and compliance standards. Resolve documentation discrepancies and support import operations team. Handle vendor
