Bid Manager

Key Responsibilities- Experience in end-to-end ERP bid lifecycle, including RFP/RFI response management - Create compelling proposal content and ensure alignment with client requirements - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely deliverables - Maintain and update a knowledge repository for bid management and sales support - Conduct market research and assist in presales/business development activities - Take complete ownership of assigned bids and ensure strong follow-up until closure - Adhere to organizational standards and best practices in bid managementSkills & Qualifications- Mandatory Skills: - Stakeholder Management - Benefits Management - Pursuit/Proposal Management - Project Planning - Risk/Crisis Management - Project Governance - Account Management & Mining - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with presales processes and market research techniques - Knowledge of Oracle ERP product portfolio (preferred)
