Yoboho produces content across a wide range of formats, including:Preschool & nursery rhymes (HooplaKidz, Teehee Town, All Babies Channel)Next-gen viral animation IPs and digital storytelling brands ( Dumbly Deep ) and Kawaii style digital contentFactual, food, lifestyle and entertainment formats ( Deli Wow and Orbit - Beyond the Blue )It is essential that the candidate start up mindset, entrepreneurial and can totally relate to the kawaii” space: To further add to this - Awkward or funny everyday situations — especiallyrelatable visual animated narrative.We want to grow our on pages across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Giphy and Facebook.A few pages that you should look for before applying - Hooplakidz, Lab360, Dumbly Deep, Pop teen Toons.Role OverviewThis leader will be responsible for scaling Yoboho’s digital presence globally acrossYouTube, Shorts, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms .The role combinescontent strategy, channel growth, analytics, operational excellence, team leadership, and monetizationto build the next chapter of Yoboho’s high-impact content universe.Key Responsibilities1. Platform & Content Strategy Lead 360° growth strategy for YouTube and social platforms across Yoboho’s content verticalsShape platform-specific strategies for preschool, animation, meme, kawaii, food, and factual contentDrive IP-first thinking to build scalable global digital content brands2. Audience & Channel Growth Scale subscribers, watch time, retention, engagement and cross-platform audiencesLead experimentation on thumbnails, formats, hooks, trends, posting cadence and retention tacticsLeverage data to optimize global audience penetration and local content scaling3. Content Operations & Execution Oversee content pipeline, production calendar, publishing workflows, and quality benchmarksWork with creative, animation, production, design, and editorial teams to scale output efficientlyMaintain strong guardrails for brand voice, content standardization, and IP development4. Monetization & Business Expansion Drive revenue through AdSense, partnerships, licensing, merchandise, affiliates, and platform monetization featuresSupport business development for content IP expansion, licensing, and revenue diversificationExplore new digital formats, platforms, and emerging content monetization models5. Team Leadership & Culture Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of creators, editors, analysts, content managers and strategistsImplement fast, clear, scalable workflows with strong ownership and accountabilityFoster a start-up mindset focused on speed, innovation and experimentation6.
