This leadership position requires effective team management, financial acumen, and a hands-on approach to daily restaurant activities.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and motivate the entire restaurant team to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence. - Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and compliance with health and safety guidelines. - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability. - Recruit, train, and develop staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Ensure an exceptional guest experience by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly. - Monitor and control budgets, food and labor costs, and prepare regular operational reports. - Oversee vendor management, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory accuracy. - Collaborate with marketing and promotional partners to increase restaurant visibility and revenue.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (preferred). - Several years of experience as Restaurant Manager or in a senior management role within the industry. - Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. - In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and food safety standards. - Proficiency with restaurant management software is an advantage.
