This role will oversee financial accounting, compliance, and reporting, while supporting business operations and growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial records, statements, and general ledgers. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax). Maintain and monitor the fixed asset register. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners. Support payroll administration and employee reimbursements. Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies. Contribute to revenue-growth initiatives and financial efficiency improvements.Requirements 5–8 years of proven experience in a similar accounting/finance role. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax compliance. Demonstrated experience in account management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
