Role:Assistant Vice President – Transaction Advisory (M&A)Location:Mumbai (On-site) Experience:Chartered Accountant with5+ years post-qualification experiencein M&A and Transaction Advisory. Role Overview The AVP will lead execution of M&A deals and advisory services, including: Strategic financial insights Valuations Due diligence coordination Compliance and stakeholder communication Key Responsibilities Sell-Side Advisory Adjust EBITDA for sustainability Prepare due diligence and IM data Research valuation multiples and investors Manage virtual data rooms Build financial models Support deal lifecycle and negotiations Capital Markets & IPO Advisory Manage IPO processes end-to-end Coordinate with bankers, legal, tax advisors Prepare DRHP and restated financials Ensure compliance and reporting standards Guide promoters on IPO obligations Buy-Side Advisory Identify funding options Research target companies Prepare negotiation points and financial models Conduct due diligence Structure and negotiate agreements Assess synergies and risks Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and financial modeling Negotiation and stakeholder management Project management and multitasking Excellent communication Deep knowledge of transaction structures and compliance Leadership and mentoring ability Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) Minimum 5 years in M&A, transaction advisory, IPO processes Consultancy/advisory experience preferred
