About the RoleWe are seeking aseasoned Sales professionalto join ourEverywhere Business Unit (Brewing Bots / Vending Machines). In this role, you will focus onacquiring, managing, and scaling large/global corporate accounts, driving strategic relationships and delivering impactful business growth. As aGlobal Account Manager (GAM), your mission is to build and nurture strong partnerships with senior stakeholders such asCFOs, CHROs, Heads of Administration, and Procurement Heads, while identifying high-value business opportunities and closing significant deals. We are looking for a dynamic, field-driven professional who thrives on creating value for customers and enjoys spending80% of their time engaging directly with clients. Key Responsibilities Acquire, onboard, and manage a portfolio of40–70 large/global corporate accounts(each with >5,000 employees). Collaborate withInfrastructure Management Companiesto onboard their existing clients. Participate inRFPs and tenders, ensuring effective proposal submissions. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure account profitability. Achieve targetedannual revenue generation of ₹10 crore+ per account. Understand client requirements and develop customized sales strategies. Drive high-quality sales, delivery, and customer service processes. Ensurecontract renewalsand long-term client retention. Identify and approach potential customers to establish new partnerships. Requirements Proven experience inmanaging large corporate accounts(BFSI / IT sector experience preferred). Strong relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strategic thinking with aproblem-solving attitude. Strong leadership andcross-functional collaborationabilities. Willingness to travel extensively and engage with clients in the field.
