Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Communication •Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the investment community. •Prepare and disseminate accurate, timely financial and corporate information through annual and quarterly reports, press releases, presentations, and regulatory filings. •Organize and coordinate investor meetings, earnings calls, analyst briefings, roadshows, and shareholder events. •Maintain and update the investor relations section of the company website. •Ensure consistent, transparent messaging aligned with company strategy and compliance requirements.Analysis & Reporting •Gather, analyze, and present data on company performance, financial results, and market trends to both internal management and external stakeholders. •Monitor analyst reports, shareholder opinions, and market sentiment, providing strategic feedback to senior leadership.Relationship Management •Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail investors, analysts, rating agencies, and exchange representatives. •Act as a liaison to relay feedback from investors to company leadership, helping inform strategy and communications.Compliance & Governance •Manage all communications with strict adherence to legal, regulatory, and stock exchange requirements (e.g., Regulation Fair Disclosure, Sarbanes-Oxley Act). •Oversee the timely and accurate filing of reports and disclosures as mandated by authorities.Crisis & Reputation Management •Manage investor relations during financial or reputational crises, providing clear, consistent updates to preserve trust and credibility. •Coordinate with legal, accounting, and communications teams to mitigate risks related to disclosures or market events.
