Key ResponsibilitiesPerson should be involve & support for business unit sales & operation planning of individual as 10+ Cr & team 50+ Cr Person should have exposure of dealing with client Shall able to develop operational sales Shall be able to handle 50+ Team including client managers and Sr engineers Will be responsible & committed for achievement of business unit sales target Will be first-in-line of Product inspection in BU Responsible for overall Sales and Operations of North region. Clients Coordination including review meetings Project’s planning, Team development and skill enhancement Manpower handling Vendor development for operation/execution of product inspection Support/identification in hiring qualified person as per requirement Responsible for execution of jobs includes quality aspectEducation Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Having 10-15 years’ experience Business Development, Operation-Management, Regional-Sales, Customer-Management, Team Building, Team Development, P&-L-Management, Operational-Sales
