This role is pivotal in designing and delivering impactful training programs focused on sales effectiveness, leadership development, and skill enhancement to drive business growth and productivity.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute training programs for sales teams - Facilitate workshops on soft skills and sales effectiveness - Roll out leadership and managerial development programs for current and future leaders - Engage proactively with all sales team members to identify and understand the specific challenges they face in achieving their Key Result Areas (KRAs). - Analyze business opportunities and assess the current skill gaps within the sales team. - Conduct training needs analysis, refreshers, and performance evaluations - Track and report on training effectiveness, learning impact, and ROI - Publish monthly/quarterly dashboards and insights on development progressKey Requirements- 5–10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Sales Training (BFSI sector preferred) - Proven track record in Sales Training, Leadership Development, and Capability Building - Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
