This is regarding opening with Pvt Bank as an AVP/VP ComplianceDesignation: AVP/VP ComplianceExperience: 10+ years of work experience in Public sector bank in compliance departmentNOTE: looking for candidate from PSU Bank onlyLocation: MumbaiJob Role:Policy and Procedure Development- Design, implement, and regularly update compliance policies, procedures, and internal control systems to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.2. Risk Management- Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability. - Develop and implement strategies and corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks.3. Monitoring and Auditing- Oversee daily operations to ensure ongoing compliance with internal and external standards. - Perform periodic audits and reviews of business processes, documentation, and systems. - Maintain accurate compliance records and ensure timely reporting of findings.4. Staff Training and Awareness- Develop, coordinate, and deliver compliance and ethics training programs for employees at all levels. - Promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct across the organization.5. Reporting- Prepare, maintain, and submit required compliance reports and disclosures to regulatory authorities and senior management.6. Investigations- Initiate and conduct investigations into potential or actual violations of company policies or regulatory requirements. - Recommend disciplinary or corrective actions based on investigation outcomes.7. Liaison and Coordination- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior management, external auditors, and regulatory agencies. - Facilitate effective communication between compliance, legal, audit, and business teams.8.
