This role partners directly with the CFO and CXO team to drive financial discipline, cost efficiency, and long-term value creation. What You’ll Lead End-to-endBudgeting, Forecasting & Long-Range Planning MonthlyMIS , variance analysis & business performance reviews Cost efficiencyprograms across marketing, subvention, tools, and overheads Corporate finance initiatives – cash flow, capital allocation, working capital Financial modelling, scenario planning & KPI dashboards Collaboration with business heads to drive revenue, margin & ROI Building a high-performing FP&A team and strengthening planning systems Supporting the organisation with IPO & Fundraises What We’re Looking For CAwith4–6 yearsin FP&A / Business Finance Strong modelling, Excel/Power Query; Power BI/SQL is a plus Track record of driving profitability, efficiency & strategic impact Strong communication, executive presence & stakeholder management Prior experience in Startups is huge plus.If you’re a finance leader who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to shape the financial future of a multi-vertical edtech,this role is built for you.
