Head of Business Development

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Head to spearhead our client acquisition and partnership initiatives for our film production house.What We’re Looking For: 5–7 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or strategy — preferably in media, or advertising. Proven record of generating business and managing high- value partnerships. Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Comfortable leading conversations with CMOs, founders, brand heads and Creative directors. Understands brands, agencies, and the visual storytelling ecosystem.Key Responsibilities: Lead business growth across TVCs, digital films, reels, branded long format and AI content pipelines. Build and nurture relationships with brands, agencies, and digital platforms. Develop strategic partnerships and drive revenue through creative collaborations.
