The role involves supporting the Senior Leadership in distribution strategy planning, project execution, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities will include conducting in-depth research and analysis, creating presentations and reports, tracking key business metrics, interfacing with national sales teams, resolving high-impact issues, and participating in decision-making processes. The role offers exposure to high-level business strategy and the opportunity to work closely with leadership.Qualifications- 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in insurance, travel, or a similar role - Excellent academic track record in any subject - An MBA is good to have, but not necessary - this role will be as good as a management degree! - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and conduct research. - Project management and organisational skills for handling multiple tasks and cross-functional collaboration. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across various functions. - Ability to work really hard in a fast-paced and often unstructured startup environmentThis is a full-time, on-site role in our vibrant office in the Western suburbs of Mumbai.
