Key Responsibilities:- Lead strategic thinking across key brands — from understanding business objectives to delivering creative briefs that spark powerful ideas. - Partner closely with creative teams to ensure strategic alignment and conceptual excellence. - Decode audience behavior, cultural trends, and category insights to build compelling narratives and brand stories. - Craft brand and communication strategies, campaign architecture, and go-to-market approaches. - Evaluate creative work for strategic integrity and effectiveness before it reaches the client. - Collaborate across internal teams to create integrated brand experiences. - Present strategic recommendations and creative narratives with clarity and conviction to clients and internal stakeholders. - Mentor and guide junior strategists and team members. - Track performance and effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.What You’ll Bring:- 5–8 years of experience in strategic planning, creative strategy, or brand strategy (preferably in advertising, digital, or content agencies). - Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer insighting, and communication frameworks. - Ability to translate complex business challenges into simple, inspiring creative directions. - Passion for creativity, culture, and storytelling across mediums — digital, social, film, and beyond. - Confident communicator and persuasive presenter. - A curious mind always exploring new ideas, trends, and technologies shaping consumer behavior.
