Please find the JD.Role - Operation ExecutiveLocation- MumbaiResponsibilities:-1. Responsible for file / tour operations for assigned geography or destination2. To maintain product cost as per the SOM3. Work closely with the sales team and confirm the bookings4.Follow the set SOPs thoroughly5. Make sure of error free and zero defect delivery to the customer6. To ensure the rates received from our suppliers are competitive and negotiated7.To develop and maintain strong relationship with suppliers8. To attend supplier meetings,trainings and road shows9. Prompt and effective resolution of on-tour issues10. Cost sheet to be maintained for each booking11. To ensure ZERO liability after the file is closed12. The set turnaround times are met and the sales team is constantly updated in case of undue delays.13.To make and check handover vouchers14. To establish contact with the client while on tour to take feedbackRequirements:• Minimum 1-3 years of experience into travel operations• FIT and GIT knowledge for Domestic Markets• Good communication skills• Knowledge of Pan India Destinations
