Job Type:Full-timeExperience :3 – 7 years , with minimum 3 – 4 years as CA / Accounts Head / Finance Head With a listed organization orCA firm, or as a practicing CAor handling Finalization.Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the end-to-end Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Handle taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and financial finalisation. Prepare and present financial statements in compliance withIND ASand regulatory requirements. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, including corporate governance. Coordinate effectively with external and internal stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. Provide financial insights and strategies to support business decision-making. Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and accountability. Requirements Chartered Accountant (CA), with strong expertise in finance, taxation, compliance, and audit. Prior experience with alisted entity , CA firm, or as a practicing CA. Proven track record of handling financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning. Strong knowledge of IND AS, financial regulations, and corporate governance. Experience in thejewellery industrywill be a added advantage.
