Job Description:
Role Title Assistant Manager / Manager – Solution DesignRole Purpose To analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable, and secure technology solutions that align with organizational objectives. The role is responsible for designing end-to-end solutions by integrating systems, processes, and technologies, ensuring architectural integrity, cost-efficiency, and long-term maintainability. It serves as a critical link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners. Key Accountability Area Ensure all solution are properly scheduled and documented. Debriefing of actions - "Making action plans" Ensure all the documentations necessary for operations is completed Liaise with MLL customers and Sales Lead to understand customer supply chain requirements Provide analysis and design support in the pursuit of new business, operational implementations and re-engineering initiatives Collect and analyze data relating to logistics operations Determine optimal logistics operating solutions for customers Utilize appropriate software tools for developing, modeling, evaluating and selecting appropriate solution options Clearly outline solutions in appropriate formats for presentation to customers. Participate in customer presentations where required To discuss designed solutions with SD head & other stake holders and/or with SD Manager / Sales Lead & other stake holders of the respective Vertical before submission All solutions should comprise Safety as high priority and ensure PPE is included in each solution (wherever applicable) Improve overall EHS parameter by suggesting low carbon footprint solutionsReports to Head of Solution Design No. of Reportees 0 Qualification MBA/MMS Work Experience 7 to 9 Years Technical / Functional Competencies Solution Architecture & Design, Data Analysis.
