Job DescriptionPlanning & Allocation for Footwear –- Seasonal Range Plan creation as per store grade, region, size level requirements, projected sales and category mix. - Maintain optimum inventory, plan stock turn and minimize excess by diversion and liquidation to improve business health. - Identify gaps at stores or buys and action accordingly. - End – to – end order process - Plan - allocate – co-ordinate – dispatch – align with SCM teamPartner Connect –- Procuring seasonal PO timely in alignment with the targets and OTB. - Maintain PO dispatch v/s Balance files regularly and initiate additional purchase of goods with proper data. - Check on sales and gaps. - Article analysis biweekly to work on refills from partner Wh and insights to be shared with the partners. - Top & Bottom seller article identification and communication to the partners. - Ageing inventory check and necessary actions to be taken. - IST/RTV Approvals post verification.Report Making –- Sales Analysis and basic report making. - Primary and Secondary Sales check. - Inventory health check in stores and in warehouse. - Partner wise OTB working, monthly billing plan - Quarterly Performance ReportJob Specification- Degree from FDDI or MBA Retail Merchandising or Certificate in Merchandising/ Retail Management. - Basic understanding of Merchandise Management. - Experience in handling partner queries and work on store requirements. - Strong analytical and communication skills.Proficient in Excel.
