Operations Research Analyst With Focus on Stats/LM/Gen AI

Introduction We are looking for self driven individuals with a passion for solving Operations Research Problems using various techniques of Statistics, Machine Learning and AI/GenAI/Agentic AI. We, at Inquizity, offer clients assistance in their Operations through provision of End to End Supply Chain Planning and Automation solutions. Our focus is Operations and hence includes areas such as Decision Support Systems in Operations such as Forecasting, Production Planning, Logistic Planning, Production Scheduling, Inventory Management etc, Analytics in the area of Operations such as Delivery Analytics, Sales Analytics Inventory Analytics. Inquizity boasts of a strong team of professionals from institutions like IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Mumbai, IITs and NITs and we work with large organisations. Role definition The following would be the Role Definition to the best that can defined given that this is start-up. Modelling Expertise and Experience The Role requires the candidate to understand the current Product with the company and create enhancements on the same based customer requirements The Role requires deep understanding of Linear Programming and Optimisation and Machine Learning and AI/GenAI and willingness and interest to continually improve on existing Models and create new Models. The Role requires the candidate to coordinate and liaise with Professors and Academicians of renowned institutes such as IIT/IIM The Role requires the candidate to translate Business Requirement to a Statistics Model / ML/AI. Candidate profile The profile of the candidate we are seeking is as follows: The Candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the area of Applied Mathematics and Stats in the area of Operations Research The Candidate should be conversant with techniques such as Statistics, Python, C# etc. The Candidate should have a Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering with Operations Research background, Bachelors/ Masters degree in Mathematics The Candidate should have good communication, analytical and presentation skills The Candidate should have experience, C#, Stastical model/Forecast generativeai / ai modeletc. The Candidate should be self-starter and have the ability to work in an unstructured, start-up environment
