About Us Troy Groups is a capital advisory and investor relations firm supporting venture capital funds, private equity firms, and high-growth founders with bespoke capital introductions. We operate at the intersection of private markets and investor access—connecting high-quality fundraising opportunities with family offices, UHNWIs, and institutional allocators. We also manage 3 inhouse VC strategies of our own. The Role We’re looking for an experienced, well-connected Investor Relations Director to join our India team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll bring your own network of capital allocators to the table and immediately support a portfolio of active fundraising mandates. From outreach to relationship management, investor engagement, and facilitating live introductions, you'll be expected to drive results from day one. Key Responsibilities Engage and activate your existing network of investors to introduce them to live fundraising opportunities Personally manage investor outreach, follow-ups, and meeting coordination across email, LinkedIn, and direct channels Represent Troy Groups and its clients at investor events, pitch meetings, and private roundtables (online and in person) Maintain an organised pipeline using CRM tools to track investor conversations, preferences, and outcomes Collaborate with the team to tailor investor decks, positioning, and engagement strategies Sectors You'll Support You’ll be working across a diverse set of mandates, including: Biotech and life sciences Deeptech and Frontier technology Legaltech and Fintech Growth-stage B2B SaaS and digital infrastructure ventures Sports and Shipping What We're Looking For 10+ years’ experience in investor relations, capital raising, or private market fundraising Demonstrable track record of capital raised from your own investor relationships A robust network of family offices, VC LPs, angel syndicates, and institutional allocators Strong communication skills, with a professional presence on investor calls and at events Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion or HubSpot, and basic CRM workflows India-based, with flexibility to travel across Europe and the Gulf region Manage and lead a team of 10+ experienced professionals If you do not meet the above requirements your application will be automatically rejected Performance Metrics Target: 25+ qualified investor intro calls per week Goal: 2–3 investor meetings booked daily KPIs : $3m-$5m raised monthly/$100m+ annually Weekly CRM updates and investor activity reporting What We Offer Immediate access to high-quality mandates in VC and growth capital A leadership team that empowers you to run your own network and initiatives Attendance at exclusive summits and investor gatherings Competitive salary, uncapped bonus structure, and clear growth pathway Hybrid model Equity package Travelling and relocation opportunity to our Offices Globally (Dubai, London, Athens, Miami, NYC)
