Business Lead Management → Handle inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, create proposals, and manage follow-ups — this is not a cold-calling role. Creative Direction → Ensure moments aren’t missed, frames look their best, and storytelling stays true to the brand aesthetic. You are the bridge between emotion and execution — equally comfortable leading conversations with planners and clients, coordinating with creative teams, and guiding editors to align stories with intent. This is not a 9-to-5; it’s about ownership, stamina, and creating something unforgettable.
