The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading commercial initiatives across India, with a strong focus on the western region. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational understanding, and relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities Drive business development initiatives across India, with primary focus on the western region. Build and maintain a robust business pipeline aligned with revenue goals and market opportunities. Lead solution design, proposal development, and customer presentations for new business opportunities. Manage tendering processes including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with growth objectives. Collaborate with internal teams such as credit control, operations, and finance to ensure business success and DSO management. Deliver on budgeted revenue targets with accurate forecasting and performance tracking. Identify and capitalize on new revenue streams through strategic market and customer mapping. Prepare and deliver business MIS reports, dashboards, and exception analyses on a timely basis. Key Skills & Experience Minimum10 years of experiencein logistics, supply chain management, or related functions. In-depth understanding ofContract Logistics and SCM business models . Proven experience inbusiness development, client acquisition, and solution design . Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive outcomes remotely. Strong analytical mindset with strategic and leadership capabilities.
