Prepare presentations and sales pitches; design marketing strategies and media proposals; handle client communications and write client reports; and communicate client agendas to other staff members.Monitoring budgets, spending and revenue, and explaining cost factors to clients. Identifying potential business opportunities with existing and new clients, as well as upselling and cross-selling services.The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Ability to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities ·Responsible for managing portfolio of customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. ·Manage project costs, budgets and client expectations. ·Preparing estimates and proposals ·Creating project dockets including budgets, timelines, creative briefs, project folders. ·Be exceptionally responsive to all client requests. ·Understanding the client’s needs and the internal resources available to you throughout the production cycle by clearly and proactively managing communications between our staff and clients. ·Be present on the client call and share the recap summary/minutes post-call. ·Creating and maintaining project tracker status and ensure on-time delivery of the projects. Timely communication with the clients. ·Quality assurance including proofreading and ensuring that all work presented to our client meets their specifications and brand mandates. ·Conduct regular research on market and competition and be updated with the latest trends in the industry. ·Co-ordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables.Educational Qualifications·Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferredExperience Required ·5-7 years’ work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role ·Candidates with experience in handling international clients would be preferred ·Preferred from media agency BackgroundFunctional Competencies / Behaviours / Skills ·Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role ·Excellent communications & presentation skills and ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level ·Solid experience with project management software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint) ·Experience in creating high impact client presentations and sales pitches ·Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail ·Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities ·Strong verbal and written communication skills
