Who are you?- You are the rainmaker for TITO Films – spotting, chasing, and sealing opportunities across ad films, branded content, digital films, and long-format storytelling. - You know how to open doors – with brands, agencies, production houses, referrals, and inbound leads. - You own the pitch room – from cracking briefs to treatments, decks, budgets, and closing with impact. - You negotiate commercials with confidence, seal the deal, and make onboarding look effortless. - You act as a true strategic partner – aligning creative vision with production execution so every project shines. - You treat onboarded projects like your own – keeping a sharp eye on pre-production, production, and post. - You thrive on collaboration with directors, producers, creatives, and post teams – ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. - You keep TITO Films’ creds, reels, and case studies fresh, sharp, and ready to impress. - You make client experience seamless, proactive, and solution-driven at every touchpoint. - You nurture long-term relationships and always spot upsell & cross-sell opportunities that add real value.-What will you do?- Drive TITO Films’ growth by building new partnerships and nurturing existing ones. - Lead pitches end-to-end – from cracking briefs to closing the room with impact. - Negotiate commercials and ensure seamless client onboarding. - Work closely with directors, producers, and creatives to deliver films that shine. - Oversee budgets, timelines, and execution across pre, production, and post. - Keep our reels, decks, and creds sharp, fresh, and market-ready. - Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, always adding genuine value. - Champion client experience – proactive, solution-driven, and memorable.
