Job Title: Business Development Manager – Redevelopment ProjectsLocation: Juhu, MumbaiCompany: Luxury Real Estate DeveloperTiming: Monday - SaturdayRole Overview:The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and driving new redevelopment opportunities under various DCPR regulations. The role involves conducting detailed feasibility analyses, managing tendering processes, and liaising with societies and stakeholders to secure premium redevelopment projects aligned with the company’s luxury standards.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate redevelopment opportunities under DCPR 33(7), 33(9), cessed structures, and other relevant provisions. - Conduct technical and financial feasibility studies for potential projects. - Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including documentation and negotiations. - Develop and maintain relationships with housing societies, consultants, and local authorities. - Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure project viability and compliance. - Monitor market trends, government policies, and competitive activity in the redevelopment space.Qualifications & Experience:- Graduate in Engineering, Architecture, or related field; MBA preferred. - 2+ years of experience in real estate, with strong exposure to society redevelopment and DCPR frameworks. - Proven track record in feasibility analysis and project acquisition. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
