Job Description:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities,managing existing client relationships, and achieving individual sales targets. This role requires aproactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable ofbuilding strong client relationships and effectively presenting the value of our products/services topotential customers.Key Responsibilities:Sales Generation:o Identify and research potential leads and new business opportunities throughvarious channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, industryevents).o Initiate contact with prospective clients, qualify their needs, and effectively presentthe company&39s products/services.o Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches to prospectiveclients, both in-person and remotely.o Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to achieve individual and team salestargets.o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base in theassigned territory/market segment.Client Relationship Management:o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understandingtheir needs and providing exceptional service.o Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries,resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.o Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.o Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client retention and loyalty.Market Research & Analysis:o Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.o Analyze sales data and market insights to identify new opportunities and refine salesstrategies.o Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based oncustomer needs and market demands.Reporting & Administration:o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions,and sales pipeline in the CRM system.o Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries formanagement.o Manage administrative tasks related to sales, such as preparing proposals, contracts,and work orders.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor&39s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (orequivalent practical experience).Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in Automotive / AutoAncillaries.Skills:o Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.o Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.o Strong negotiation and closing skills.o Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with clients.o Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) andMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.o Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of ateam.o Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment.o Add any industry-specific skills, e.g., technical understanding of software,knowledge of specific regulations, etc.
