Job Title: Chief Manager/ Senior Manager – Customer Communication Specialist Location: Goregoan, Mumbai Job Description: A content/communications specialist with a strong background in managing content programs within large matrixed organizations or strategy consulting environments. The ideal candidate will bring a customer-first mindset and a strategic approach to communications. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end customer communication campaigns across product and service touchpoints Lead communication governance, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across channels Contribute to and support content strategy aligned with business and customer objectives Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and execute new communication opportunities Apply principles of UX and information architecture to improve content effectiveness Requirements: 6–10 years of experience in content strategy, campaign execution, and stakeholder management Proven project management skills and the ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments Strong communication and collaboration capabilities Exposure to the BFSI sector is preferred, but not mandatory Self-starter with a customer-obsessed, insights-driven approach How to Apply: If you are excited to be part of a team dedicated to innovation and excellence, please submit your resume.
