Role: Customer Marketing & Data Analyst We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Customer Marketing & Data Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role combines the strategic responsibilities of customer marketing with the technical rigor of data analysis. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, and growth through data-driven insights and targeted marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Insights: - Collect, clean, and analyze data from various platforms (CRM, website, campaign tools, etc.). - Identify trends, patterns, and customer behaviors to inform marketing strategies. - Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau and equivalent. - Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to provide data insights for business decisions. - Segment customers based on lifecycle stage, usage, and behavior for personalised marketing. Customer Marketing: - Plan, execute, and optimise customer marketing campaigns (email, onboarding, loyalty, cross-sell, upsell). - Manage CRM tools and customer journeys to ensure timely and relevant communication. - Track and report on customer engagement metrics, campaign ROI, and retention performance. - Foster customer advocacy through reviews, referrals, and success stories. Sales Ops Schemes: - Design and execute operational incentive schemes and internal programs to drive sales productivity. - Analyze sales team performance and recommend optimisation strategies. - Support forecasting, territory planning, and performance benchmarking. - Work with sales leadership to align marketing and ops initiatives with revenue goals. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. - 5 years of experience in a role involving both marketing and data analysis in a leading FMCG industry (preferably Ice cream/ Beverages / Food Industry) - Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.). - Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo). - Excellent communication, project management, and storytelling skills
